First, all people over 60 and people with poor health conditions, including those under 60, must continue to self-isolate through June 1, only essential travel is recommended.
All people over the age of 12 must wear a proper face-mask when in public at all times for the next 60 days.

All citizens over 60 must be tested within 60 days, and if positive, must self-isolate for 21 days.
No gatherings of more than 50 people, and all attendees must provide a temperature check.
All of these rules go away once the following objectives are achieved:
1) All hospitals have sufficient supplies to implement plasma antibody therapy.
2) A national blood bank should also be established for maintain supplies of plasma antibodies
3) The FDA/NIH/CDC should fast-track a study on the effectiveness of Hydroxochloroquine as a viable treatment for those who have severe CV19.
4) A vaccine is developed
All but item 4 of these objectives could be implemented within 30 days so that if there are outbreaks we can control them.
Developing a custom of self-distancing, protecting the vulnerable for a short period of time, washing hands aggressively, wearing masks when in public and staying isolated when possible if you are vulnerable are achievable. It would also allow us to open up our country quickly, within 30 days.
Can I get a hell-yeah!
